How we work:
Step 1 — Free Strategy Call

We’ll start with a free strategy call to understand your project and identify the key questions.
Step 2 — Onsite Assessment
If the space warrants a closer look, an XZ architect visits the space to review the existing conditions, MEP systems, restaurant infrastructure, and potential risks.
We deliver for you:
✔ Site Research
✔ A Conceptual Budget Range
✔ An MEP Assessment
A check of existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to spot expensive surprises early.
✔ Zoning Verification.
Onsite Fee: $400 per site visit (100% credited back if we build together).
We charge a flat fee for the on site time. However, if you move forward with XZ for the design-build project, your onsite assessment fee is fully credited toward the project.
Step 3 — Make Your Decision
Use the assessment to decide whether to:
Move forward. Negotiate with the landlord. Adjust the project. Or choose another space.
