Low-Risk Entry: We believe in earning your trust, not demanding it upfront. Your project begins with a simple 30% deposit on the Design Fee only—never a large lump sum for construction. For example, on a $10,000 design scope, your initial capital commitment is just $3,000 to launch the project. This keeps your cash flow healthy while we develop the vision.
Precision Estimating: Vague plans lead to expensive change orders. Because we are an Architect-Led firm, our drawings and specifications are highly detailed and fully executable. This allows us to provide a line-item construction estimate that is precise and transparent. You will see exactly where every dollar is allocated, giving you total financial clarity.
Total Client Freedom: We believe you should stay with us because of the quality of our work, not because of a contract. Once the Design Phase is complete, we present a final build estimate for your review. While most clients choose our seamless build team to execute the project, you are never locked in. You own the finished drawings and are free to compare our price with other contractors.
