We deliver for you:

  • A high-level estimate of total construction costs to realize that vision in this location.

  • A check of existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to spot expensive surprises early.

  • Confirmation that the space is legally permitted for your intended business use.

Onsite Fee: $450 per site visit (100% credited back if we build together).

We charge a flat fee for the on site time. However, if we end up working together on the project, we’ll credit the full amount back to your budget. It’s just our small way of helping our client start this journey with peace of mind.
